OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipment for all stock items. Made to order items vary, but generally ship within 15 business days.

All items ship with tracking, and items over $300 are insured. Once picked up by our delivery service, purchased items are no longer the responsibility of The Silver and Gold Trading Company, though we will always do our best to help in the instance of any issues.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they do not meet your expectations. Any made-to-order items are final sale.

We stand by the quality of our production and finished jewelry. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help resolve the issue. While we offer no warranty beyond the return window, we will always do our best to rectify any mistakes we have made or issues you encounter.
